Dec 20, 2020 If Em hadn’t ran relationship songs into the ground, Black Magic would’ve hit so much harder imo. It still goes for me & I love it as an intro, ties in with the theme more than most of both sides. Skylar’s hook is killer, Em’s rapping is contained, almost too contained for the subject matter to make it appear as if he’s unfazed or in a trance from his thoughts & actions. Em’s artistry is much more valuable to me when he has content.
Dec 20, 2020 It’s terrible. People saying other rappers aren’t close to Em’s wordplay pen is obscene, it screams ignorance. Not even in America, but the UK scene would obliterate Eminem. Now if we’re talking about flow pockets, the man is easily top 5.

Imagine signing up to a JayZ forum and finding like 10 guys who all they do is downplay JayZ and hate his latest albums and tirelessly repeating how trash he is. Or Kendrick. Or any other of the GOATs. This only happens with Eminem.

Dec 20, 2020 You’re nitpicking here bro. Yes I’ve had negative opinions on this project, but I’ve also had positive ones, even in the post you’ve made this statement about & more on the same page. It’s a discussion board, not a safe space. Eminem’s 1 of the most interesting artists I’ve ever paid attention too so I have a lot to say on his music other than just accepting anything he makes. 20+ years of work gives me a strong opinion on his output.
