Dec 20, 2020 I never said Ja Rule ruled (no pun intended) the world. I said he was hot. From 99 until probably 2003 or so. Of course Em was the biggest artists and then 50 came along. But radio, MTV, clubs... Ja Rule was huge with a lot of bangers and great collabs.
