You can say that to shakespeare "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day Thou art more lovely and more temperate ..." Your argument is why the f--- would you compare a girl to a summer's day, it makes no sense, one is a day the other is a human being... Lets say we all agree eminems good punchline is "bars are like bullets when I spit them schemes..." why the f--- would he compare a line in a song to bullets, song cannot k--- you literally and its not made of metal... You see my point? Wordplays and punchlines are meant to be a game, like the word says, word PLAY.
