Jul 17, 2015 The last part of the interview confirms that Eminem is self aware that his fast and proficient flow isn't always good. It seems that he really wants to slow it down and make it more simple, but it seems to be the problem. As I said before, he does, he really does need to chill with people, go out to parks with rides with the covered face, spend time in Target and Walmart with the sunglasses and a long beard and I guarantee they will think it's a homeless man. The reason why MMLP was so good is because he had good times at Amsterdam. The album was full of fresh life. Not the same thing over and over how he's all alone and depressed and will be on top. He also needs to get some girls and sex because obviously that's not normal to be self secluded like a person with autism. I know they want money and fame but somehow Drake, Wayne and even Justin Bieber get girls and just have some fun. Not necesseraly a serious relationship. Why some actors have wifes? Dude, girls leave, yes they want money, it's life. I just don't understand Eminem. 2005-2008 really changed him in a very bad way.
Jul 17, 2015 Not reading the thread to see if its been posted but.... "maybe I said she could pee-pee on me, but I don’t care who you are — that’s funny regardless" And there is the cause of almost every problem I've had with this loser since 2004.
Jul 17, 2015 Do you show your kids your music? I’ve been trying to not focus as much on them, because I’ve done that and I don’t want to hinder their lives. I feel like the more that I talk about that, the harder their lives are. d--- that's deep.
Jul 18, 2015 ...ok I'm going to give you my raw reaction after reading this post: niggah if you dont shut yo VIRGIN a--- UP. His creepy old a--- most definitely gets laid more than you and you sound STUPID. Goodnight.
Jul 18, 2015 As usual you guys are far too melodramatic and are looking way into this. If you ask me he's been on an uptrend since Recovery, considering MMLP2 blows it out of the f---ing water and Shady XV showed even more improvement from MMLP2. Sure he's had some s--- mistakes, like the 2nd verse of Phenomenal and a few songs on MMLP2, but I've been fairly pleased with Eminem as a rapper and I'm hyped for whatever he drops next. Hopefully he doesn't overdo the "dumbing down" though. I've enjoyed his lyricism over the past couple of years. He honestly had the delivery of metaphors, allusions, punchlines and etc downpact minus the beat break s---. It was a huge step up from that cringe inducing s--- show Recovery where the littlest allusion was exaggerated and it felt like I was listening to a 50 year old man trying his hand at rap over a poppy cluttered mess of Boi1da production. Nevertheless if he dumbs down the speed and makes the right adjustments this next project should be great, but it'd be a shame if he just went full blown Encore 2 over some exaggerated internet forum criticism.
Jul 18, 2015 Him not being overly technical anymore doesn't mean he is going to "dumb" things down. That was never the case. He will never dumb his stuff down and he's made that clear.
Jul 18, 2015 I think you would the same if someone took photos of your daughter while she was in class.
Jul 18, 2015 Another poster made a great point yesterday about how usually when Em fixes one major flaw he develops another one. Not far fetched to think an Encore 2 could happen since he takes criticism to the head. Dude literally screamed for all of recovery and whispered on half his tracks for the next albums
Jul 18, 2015 I am glad he is a little perceptive to him doing a little too much on a record ... I hope he can figure out how to tone it down again. I dont want another eminem album if it is anything close to xv or southpaw.
Jul 18, 2015 recovery flow + relapse voice (i.e. elevator, deja vu) = thanks I don't mind his voice now, but he needs to f---ing stack his vocals again. they sound so empty now. and sometimes the vocals don't sound good on certain beats (all I think about)... they sound much more powerful when stacked
Jul 18, 2015 I really hope he is out of things to mess up now. He's done the accent, yelling, technical, choppy flow, and the weird a--- voice he does now. He better see the only thing to do is go back to flowing smooth like the good old days.
Jul 18, 2015 you twit it isn't about privacy. Eminem is a widely successful global superstar whose peddled suspect content for years -- fart jokes, misogyny. Asking him how raising teenage girls might've affected his outlook as he grows into middle age is entirely appropriate. Not to mention he spent his early years in the limelight rapping in depth about his kids -- it's not an out of bound question specifically it wasn't super invasive.
