    I use to think that too..

    Then I went back and listened to it.

    It's a whole nother realm of music compared to mmlp2.

    Mmlp2 is full of "remember me back in the day?!? I'm great!!"

    Recovery actually has meaningful songs. :dno:

    Plus Recovery was the first glimpse of Eminem and his personal side after his hiatus.. fans needed that.

    Well… fans that knew old em.

    MMLP2's weakest link was the beats, literally everyone except for TRShady complained about how dull they were.

    i was only on tr for the last 2 months, so idk bout that and i dont think mmlp2 has super great beats, but they're better than the recovery beats tbh

    This is just one example but the "so done with this s--- I may as well wipe" ruined what was an otherwise pretty grest verse/song so yeah it's absolutely possible.
