    the fact that Eminem didn't have any new song/release for suicide squad is enough proof for me to say that theres no album/new material coming out this year.

    suicide squad would have been the perfect vehicle for him to promote a new cd.

    Seems to me that we should've heard something by now if hes really making another album. If I remember right there were leaks several months in advance of MMLP2 coming out saying a new album was being worked on, but we've heard nothing this year.

    I hope Dre is involved somehow, but I have a feeling he will be nowhere near this project.

    No news is probably a good indication he's working. He disappears when he's focused on solo stuff. If it's a November release we'll get something soon. I just hope Yelawolf's album doesn't get in the way.

    The longer we go WITHOUT news, the longer he goes WITHOUT releasing his next album, the better...

    ...The last news fans received was something along the lines of he has open ears to fans' criticisms etc (i.e. overly choppy, sporadic flow), and that he was really focused on what direction he wanted to next take. This "news" was about a year ago, if I remember correctly (August '15, his last interview or whatever after Southpaw was released). This news was very awesome in that regard.

    Long story short, hopefully he takes his time and comes up with something fresh. He always has with his solo stuff. Hey Dre? Whatup! Can I Get a cheahcheah? cheah,cheah!! cheahcheahcheahhcehahcheahcheahcheahh

    I forgot about that interview, d--- it sucks having to wait this long but it's for the best really. He better have his ears wide open for fans. My only fear is all the yes men around him.

    why else would Dre appear at the end of the Phenomenal video saying "Right on time..."

    I'll be surprised if he doesn't have at least one song.

    Later years leading up to detox it seemed like he had some sort of creative blockage; he became a hermit that was dedicated to making a now-scrapped album. & now that he put out his final album it seems that he's open to working with/producing for other artists again (Games tracks, TI's single); it's like that creative block is out of the way.

    i think its safe to assume that we might actually get something from Dre, besides an Exec Prod placement, on Ems next album. could be wrong tho

    regarding some poster on the site in yelawolf section claiming em is dropping an album oct/november. ill bet em isnt dropping anything this year. but just to stop the guy from constantly spamming the yela section, someone should spam paul on twitter and ask about it. just so there is solid confirmation.
