    If you rewind it, it's during a discussion discussing Dre, Eminem, TDE and Slaughterhouse... And Joe Budden says it isn't a record of his... it won't be Dre. TDE just dropped SZA, but it could be Q. Seems too random of comment in context to not be someone from Aftermath or TDE... Bery good chance it's Eminem.

    Making a wild prediction.

    I remember reading a few months ago some rapper said Dre was already in the studio working on a new album after his Compton release. What if Dre will release a Album at the end of his four part series with all the artists that are involved in the mini series? Confirmed artists in the series are Eminem, Nas, P Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, and others. And he doesn't have to use just the people on the HBO series.

    This has nothing to do with Eminems solo album he said working on, but just another project dropping.

    I mean, we got Compton out of nowhere, right?

    Joe is always all over the place. He could've just thrown it in there remembering that someone is dropping next week. Him saying if you are a fan of hip hop then you will like next week...I am betting it is someone from Slaughterhouse or Q. I just doubt it is Em. I would f---ing love to be wrong though.

    He did, but he also had other artists at the time saying they were working on another album with Dre.

    If it was Royce that said this then I would totally believe it's related to Eminem.

    But Joe ain't really that tight with Em so I'm pretty sure he wouldn't know anything.
