I second that.

I still get hyped as f--- for any em drop (solo). Wasn't too bothered about shady XV.

I always make a little event out of it, Gotta have plenty of smoke, high quality headphones and a space with peace an quiet then you good to go. I hit pause to roll-up... but I basically digest the album track by track. No other artist these days get my hyped for new material. Whilst I know em is unlikely to top the quality of some of his previous work, he's a unique artist in the sense that the wait for his new material builds anticipation in a way that is hard to explain, like no other artist can.

Whether it sucks or whether it's dope as f---... I'm always interested as f--- to hear what em has to say.

Maybe I'm the odd one out... but where's your willpower man?? lol. Find it dude. It's way worth it.

I usually manage to avoid the boards and track discussions before the actual project in its entirety drops. I also don't f---ing like leaked s--- quality versions with tracks missing etc, so I mean, I aint gonna deny it's hard as f---.... but I usually hold out.

Trust me when I say that you would feel sooo much better about the album and have a far more enjoyable experience without listening to the 4 leaked tracks before the album drops/leaks, then skipping them when your listening to the project for the first time. It stops you from psychologically feeling like you've only been waiting for half an album to drop.

aint gon deny its' hard... but it's doable. Anyone with any sort of actual life outside of these boards will know what I'm saying. Just let life consume you for a few days/weeks. Before you know it the s--- will be out on iTunes and you can have your very own lil listening party.

With MMLP2 the only thing I'd heard from that whole project before the album dropped was Berzerk.

Either Eminem scrapped whatever direction he was going musically or he's waiting to somehow use defiant as promo.....it's been far too long since he announced he was working on an album.

I'm more surprised that there haven't been anymore European dates announced, for the likes of Ireland and France.

I was at the Ireland show in 2013 and there was close to 90,000 people there. Strange that venues like that haven't been announced when the confirmed shows are like 2 months away.
