    When MMLP2 came out, I didn't even have a job, I've been in my job for 3 and a half years nearly... I'm finna book a s--- off to listen to that s--- on the digit.

    Nothing quite like sitting down putting your headphones on & listening to an album the whole way through for the first time

    Especially an Eminem album..that feeling is priceless

    i just came from pizza hutt and the tv on the wall was playing without me music video wow i havent seen the video in maybe 4 or 5 years

    Even though It was only 4 years ago....

    MMLP2 drop (let alone all the older drops when I was way younger) is nostalgic as f--- when I think about it.

    A lot has changed In my life since then, but the day itself was still epic and I remember it like it was yesterday.
    I've got a mortgage house and kids now. A lot can happen in 4 years.... but back then I was in a different relationship, and I had a lot more free time.

    So I copped the Friday 1st November off of work, as I had a call from my connect to say the CD has arrived in store.

    I was shocked TBH that at that point the s--- still hadn't leaked.

    It was a fun day man. I took the 40 minute round trip to my mans indie store... slipped him a nice lil tip, picked up the deluxe edition and couldn't believe my luck.

    I came home, put my feet up, and rolled a joint... checked section 80. To my surprise the s--- still hadn't leaked. I'd vowed to keep myself away from the em section for a few days as I didn't wanna listen to any leaks until the physical dropped.

    Was a f---ing sweet surreal feeling... seeing everyone online desperate for this s---, with it in my hand. lol. I wasn't about to leak that s--- though. h--- no.

    So anyways... listened through, remember as always with em feeling thoroughly entertained by the whole project on first listen.

    By the time I'd logged back onto section 80... later on that day, someone else had leaked it, and it was viral.

    Was a good day man.

    Man it wasn't trash though.

    Not on first listen anways lol.

    As a whole project it's not his best... but I still enjoy a lot of the tracks on this project.

    Ah, this takes me back to the day it leaked (October 30th). I downloaded it on a school computer, then could only skim through each song since I had a class coming up. I got my copy in the mail from Amazon on the 5th of 6th, I think.

    I had this in my hand on the day it leaked, so must have been the Wednesday I booked off work not the Friday.

    Smoking too much fiyah gives you a s--- memory. lol.

    For those of us who are old as f--- and were in high school (or later) when the Slim Shady LP and MMLP came out, imagine remembering where you were the day MMLP2 dropped...smh.

    I honestly feel bad for today's younger eminem fans. They literally have no idea what it was like. If they think this hype is painful, imagine waiting for MMLP or The Eminem Show to leak.

    Edit: Having said that, I do remember where I was the day Rap God came out. I was on an airplane heading to a conference. I remember this because I listened to it repeatedly for practically the entire flight haha
