Again new here but I have a few theories based off what I'm seeing on here.
A) Paul is leaving for def jam and we're gonna end up getting some trash pop album no one wants to hear before he does.
and my favorite/hopeful theory. Eminem finds out Paul is leaving decides to scrap the entire album and make a new one with content em actually wants to talk/rap about maybe another classic album-> hence delay.
C) Which is very unlikely but Em is working on another album (double album) and will release one before and after Paul moves to def jam.
Idk just some thinking and stuff based off what I'm seeing on here.

for real lol, people seem to forget that paul was there from day 1, was behind the first 3 classics, did the skits for all the album, made eminem become a superstar, managed em image perfectly well till his come back.

only reason people are hating on paul is because hes jewish which is really sad.

THE ONE AND ONLY REASON eminem went the pop route after relapse is because of TI papertrail, eminem has even confirmed it in interviews, he loved that album so much(which is true PT is amazing) that he wanted to imitated it but eminem with girl singing hooks=/ TI with rihanna.
recovery was successful and made eminem thinks he was onto something and the rest is history.

THis has nothing to do with Paul, if you wanna blame someone, blame TI lol.

Paper Trails is an incredible album though, and its pop is executed tastefully.

it's definitely possible that he could relapse as that sadly happens to a lot of addicts, but I don't think he would still wear his necklace if he had relapsed, even if it was for appearances only I don't think he would.

I think he's just being as meticulous as possible with this album and probably scrapped an album worth of material sometime in 2016. No relapse or anything.

I think the original long chunk of time was because he struggled finding a new sound. Then Trump may have caused him to step back and reevaluate things. Hopefully, this actually has content. There's enough going on in the world for him to make his best album since TES if he executes it properly.

I thought the 4th verse of Bad Guy was good. To me that was a rare glimpse of what he is truly capable of when he doesn't compromise to please a million different people. And for the record i thought MMLP2 left much to be desired too (coming from a big Em fan).
