    He didn't hand in R2 the same time as R1. I'm pretty sure he was still playing around with the track list and s--- when he dropped Relapse. He talked about things not being officially set yet before the negative response came back. Anyway, that was not my point, bro. It was just the direction he would've headed would have been better than what happened in the long run. Least I think. I wonder where his career would have headed. Would he have been another legend that had one run and failed to come back? Just sort of fade away from being one of the biggest stars and be marginally successful? OR would he still have did what he did with Recovery with an album after R2..

    hopefully.. but many artists got snubbed for an artist who only had one verse this year and it was trash, he could've just showed up without being nominated

    This is the correct order. Saved me from typing it.

    Edit: It's weird though. Sometimes I swap Recovery with MMLP2. Guess it depends on my mood because the songs I hate on MMLP2, I REALLY f---ing hate. MMLP2 highs are basically timeless but the lows are embarrassing. There's only a few songs I love on Recovery but the songs I don't like, are just whatever. I don't hate them like I hate the bad songs on MMLP2. Overall I think Recovery is a better album top to bottom. It's a more consistent album than MMLP2.

    Why do people s--- on Recovery so much!? In between the screaming and pop tracks, he gave us some of his most honest and open work ever.

    Relapse was dogshit in terms of subject matter but his flows and the beats were awesome.

    MMLP2 was all round s-----y (with the exception of Bezerk, Rap God and Bad Guy outro).

    I’d go as far to say that Encore is better than MMLP2. At least Encore gave us Never Enough, Like Toy Soldiers, Spend Some Time, Crazy In Love, We As Americans & Love You More!

    while i do prefer relapse to recovery, I kinda feel you on the Encore>MMLP2 thing. While hes more proficient on MMLP2, i could less of a f--- about all of it bar Rap God and a few bonus tracks. I don't ever have the urge listen through it all. Encore actually has some classics and has dope beats all around, despite having some trash. And the trash is atleast fun. Id rather listen to him f--- around on rain man than stomach stronger than I was
