    Something must have happened where they had second thoughts on releasing the album. I'm guessing Eminem is probably changing a lot of tracks or working on new content for the album. It's almost November and no single.

    Could see an announcement on Eminem's birthday... maybe announcing an album title name, release date and announce that the single will come early next week.

    I'm in the group that believes this album will drop before the end of the year. And I don't buy into the whole "drop the album after the first of the year when Paul moves to Def Jam" theory. Eminem dropping an album on Def Jam would be lame. He's at the point where if he wanted to leave Aftermath/Interscope and move the Shady imprint somewhere, it'd be a completely separate entity and just have some sort of distribution deal (think Jay with Roc Nation). But he's not leaving Dre/Jimmy with all the new stuff going on with Apple Music.

    But at the latest, I'd expect some news by the end of the month.

    I've been listening to Eminem for the first time in a very long time.

    I honestly think Drug Ballad is his best song.

    And who wants to start speculating on features/production?

    Think Dre will have a couple joints, Khalil, Porter might get one on there, and I think a decent amount of self-produced joints. I don't expect to see any mainstream "trap" type of producers on there.

    Features - the 2 Chainz one seems all but confirmed, I'm really expecting The Weeknd to be on the album just based on past history and I just think it'd be dope (like a crazy drug-themed record), maybe some sort of posse cut whether D-12 makes their return to an Eminem album or the typical Detroit crew joint (Royce, Sean, etc). Would like to see a track with Eminem, Kendrick and Wayne, doubt either appears on it though. Maybe 50. Hopefully no Pink or Skylar Grey this time, I'd say at least one uncredited random female singer appearance as well.

    Next week marks:
    - Eminem’s birthday;
    - Exactly a year since he announced he was working on an album & dropped Campaign Speech;
    - Exactly a month before the apparent release date.

    Surely they’ll ride off this BET cypher hype...so something next week makes sense

    ps. I’m still recovering from that L on Saturday; honestly 100% expected our first solo Em song in 2 and a bit years lol
