    This page says manufactured by Popsomp industries which was used for promo for Relapse

    (From 2009 Rolling Stone article):
    A visit to the refurbished Eminem.com revealed another site, The-Relapse.com, which in turn redirected to PopsompHills.com, a page for a fictional rehab center that if you say it quickly is "Pop Some Pills." Pills are an ongoing theme for Eminem on his comeback album, especially given Relapse's cover art.

    And when you click on Popsomphills.com it redirects you to the Universal Music Group website (they own Interscope)

    The start of album promo? Album name Revival?

    I’m normally very skeptical w/o official confirmation but there are quite a few signs here, and It was part of Relapse promo so it’s not too much of a reach, although it may seem it at first.
