    Relapse is one of the best albums out, it was one of a kind during its prime & a perfect release at the time, it was different, the accents might've been unappealing it worked with the album & it's content, great songs on it for how Em wanted to perceived his return, still a serial killer & not a soft sissy rapper, I'd say it's better than Recovery, there are numerous of songs on the album that's better than what he has put out in recent works & MMLP 2 combined, it's still a one of a kind album to it's own extent, hate it or love it, it is what it is, a classic Em album that's cemented number 4 classic in his catalog.

    Recovery was a softer album with a more devious purpose. It's gullible think Em's being sincere. Shady/Marshall/Eminem are always there . Askaboutrevival has a bunch of cryptic subliminals. Despicable , Forever , Seduction , No Love, Speedom, Rap God , are some of the obvious ones. He respects some rappers , but at the same time is going for their throat.

    I legitimately have no idea what to expect with this album and I'm anxious to see what direction he goes. As much as I would love to see him revert to a style like TES show or rap as Slim Shady the entire time, it's just never going to happen and not even what I would want at this point. I'm hopeful we get a fresh concept with some genuine insight from him as a veteran at the tail end of his career. And not the same old recycled "underdog, they doubted me, never give up, I'm back" type s---. Like some authentic self reflection.

    I don't expect a classic, but as a fan I would like something widely considered a solid honest effort, similar to 4:44.

    Yeah, it seems plausible cause the last 2 Em albums singles were featured in a COD Launch trailer, I just don't know how well Eminem would fit with world war 2 lol.

    I still try to wrap my head around why Em thought an entire album of accents was a good idea....don't get it.
    Anyway, I'm calling it now...Revival will be a more cartoonish, darker, lyrical version of Recovery. He will just have a bunch of songs that don't fit a theme.

    @Koolo can I talk about Relapse though? We had an argument about that album few pages ago? Do we have to talk strictly about this new album or can we discuss Em's past work because that's like 90 percent of this thread lmao
