    The theory about there being a 2 at the end of the video just because it's the "second ad" should be dismissed since if they did that for that dumb reason why not put a 3 in this

    The words at the end in the first and the second, and the girl speaking in the third one, if I'm not wrong. Anyway i think they're all part of the original one on the website

    That "one" when he says "one shot" does it for me. First the 2, then this, exactly a day later.
    I don't care what anyone else says either, obviously the whole point of this, especially the Instagram page is to speculate. If it was just about having the ad on Instagram they would've uploaded everything the same day.
