    ^ It was. Koolo said something along those lines at various points. This isn't to say Eminem can't still "go back to his roots" for his next project; the specific types of crack he's been cooking up in the studio for next LP are very unknown at this juncture. cheah!! #MassaPaul

    Lmfao i probably sounded wild for that but I always think about that line in Deja vu where he goes "now you see why it took 4 years to just put out an album" and it makes me wonder whats his excuse this time around? Lol

    the problem is that he looks to others as to whether a song is good enough to be heard. he's said that if it were up to him, nothing would ever come out because he'd never be satisfied with the song on his own because he's such a perfectionist.

    But you gotta remember. Em is 15 years in, there's no reason for him anymore to go crazy like in the early 2000's. Also Em is a lyricist and an MC at its core. You cant compare Drake or Future to his work, Em puts way more thought into his work.

    And this is not gonna please Immy, but his work on MMLP2 is miles beyond everything Drake has done.

    I guess no ones giving him that kind of input this time around and he's being the one to evaluate his own nusic this time around.

    I remember when he said his favorite part about the entire MMLP2 process is finishing it and that he was excited about nothing. Makes me think if he had it his way Mmlp2 wouldnt have come out until last year, but he was forced to meet a label deadline or sth.

    Well I respect that, everything's subjective at the end of the day.

    But I what I mean, Drake is just not capable of creating songs like Bad guy, Brainless, Legacy, Groundhog Day. This is just some other level s---.

    Good one. Apple has the best design usually to me. And also iTunes is uncomparable to any other s--- like Google Play Music etc. Apple has its' own highs and lows still and so does Eminem.
