    Yea I hear you. Good point.

    Playing devils advocate, he was super busy and active back in those days. I can see him not wanting to attend an awards ceremony after working on TES, 8 Mile, signing 50 and performing live shows. I don't know the timeline of all these events, but there's an argument to be made that it's more justifiable to skip the oscars, especially since those people aren't his peers anyways, more than it is to skip this event especially when he's been completely inactive and hidden from public eye for the past 2 years.

    I don't disagree with you though.

    Em is a weird dude.

    Edit: to be fair, the event isn't over so he could still make an appearance. I was just talking s--- haha
