    Actually if the track really converted 320 kbps mp3 from the original, u can really feel the difference with a good headphone or maybe even speakers. But do not believe every 320 kbps because it can be a complete fluke. Like u recorded a video with ur phone in 720p but u uploaded it in 1080p to YouTube. This doesn't mean ur video's quality is 1080p. Same goes with the songs too. But as for iTunes, it's always the top quality anyway. Not much of a user of Spotify so can't say anything but probably they are top quality too.
