    Sure it's natural for parents to get upset when people make dirty jokes about their daughter, but they wouldn't get a heart attack from it. Eminem is super sensitive, so he might get a heart attack from it. Probably not, but he's gonna react harder than most parents would.

    Some of his songs are mostly about not giving a f---, which means he gives a f--- real hard. Most of them are angry raps or sensitive raps trying to making us feel sorry for him and so on. Also that incident with MGK and Shade 45.
