    It’s just a bad single choice.. And people are sick of hearing the same ol song format.. His 3 verse with a chick singing a hook.. It’s wayyyy over played.. He’s gotta stop that s---

    I agree with that. Format never changes. Hook verse hook verse hook bridge verse ..
    So many songs he does this in. He has little to no

    That song was obviously for the fans tbh, casual listeners won't relate, the whole vibe of the song is not that radio friendly and that song doesn't even have a video as of yet. But then again, if it's the first single off the album, they did for sure want it to be a chart topper

    His imagination and creativity shines while putting together his verses, the poetic substance in Walk on Water was crazy, but it does seem like he has stopped focussing on the other aspects of a song except the verses

    Yeah I get it. But all signs lead to it being the lead single . Now i guess it's possible they originally wanted to leave it as the lead single thinking it would chart better , but since it didn't they were forced to push The album back and release a new single?? Idk it's confusing

    I think it’s terrible how he finishes the verse, it’s like there is no bridge to the hook, it’s like a dramatic transition that doesn’t fit

    The goal wasnt to have a big single, it was for em to get those thoughts off his chest and fit into where the album goes next. Its obv their keeping the album a mystery instead of trying to blow up the single. For this type of song, 3 verses with a hook is how songs work. I understand liking or not liking the song..Its refreshing for him to be honest and do something different. The song was more for him not us..
