you'd think after selling tens of millions of albums at this point in his career he wouldnt be chasing this bs. Lmao nope dude calls up skylar grey and rihanna and beyonce because he literally cant think of a way to not create songs without them doing the hook for him, its pretty pathetic. For somebody that shelters themselves for so long while making his albums and supposedly is some addict of studying hiphop and music 24/7 he sure knows how to ruin a song.

em needs to take a long trip to the bahamas or some s--- because on god if Revival has more than one of these corny hooks and piano ballads on it jesus christ lmao. Im still excited for the album but these are real thoughts and concerns

Eminem has all the confidence about his music. Think about it, the guy can even sell if he farts on the whole record (exagguration but u get the point). As for Recovery, those pop hooks except Pink, Rihanna were mainly because of the lack of time. Eminem was gonna release Relapse 2 but scrapped it, because he was already recording Forever type of s--- ( no accents, shouting voice etc), as he was working on Recovery he probably didn't wanna take his time with writing hooks and s---. He basically take whatever beats sent to him with hooks made already on them and used them. And actually after 2007-08, T.I., Jay, Kanye many rappers started using some pop hooks, mainly Rihanna. That was kinda common thing, as for Pink she was a huge Em fan and she got what she wanted I guess.

I really think Eminem likes that female hooks. He definitely doesn't need them. Not Afraid was f---in' huge and so was Rap God and he wasn't even singing a hook on that one neither. He can easily make songs like Berzerk or Not Afraid anyway. We're gonna get one like that from Revival and that's gonna be the latest proof.
