    It's obvious. It's funny to think the best selling rapper alive feels like he needs those pop hooks. Maybe in 2010, he kinda thought it'd help him but specially, in this era of music, pop hooks or even pop music is not that popular at all. Take a look at how big songs like Gucci g--- become easily... Eminem can use some b-----r beats, trap beats and actually even sell more. It's obvious he is doing whatever he wants musically, ex. Walk On Water.

    I don't think he ran out of time on Recovery. He mentioned in an interview that he took his time on every verse. He said he made sure he thought every word was perfect. He put a lot of effort and time into it.
    Pop hooks did become more popular than what they used to around that time. I just think it affects his artistic integrity. We know we enjoys working with Skylar. LTWYL was recorded in the eleventh hour so, what that tells me is the label wanted a smash with a pop singer so another Relapse situation doesn't happen again. It really doesn't matter. All in all, I enjoy his songs with pop singers. Don't love them or play them as much as his other music though. The only thing I definitely disagree with is the copy and paste verses into a generic pop hook. He doesn't need to make a Beautiful Pain every time he works with a pop singer. Getting the hook sent to him doesn't make him lazy like some think.

    ALSO GENERAL WARNING FOR ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY BUYS EMINEM MERCH. The post says this is "black on black". I purchased a "black on black" rap god shirt back when MMLP2 dropped and what I got was essentially a black tshirt that u could kinda see the words on.
