    I think the album was originally scheduled for the 17th, but something changed their mind at the last minute - hence the SNL performance with only one new song; surely it was originally planned for another album cut to be played. Maybe they had second thoughts on a surprise release & just wanted a bit more time for promo..who knows.

    But I don’t think it was on the basis of WoW not doing too well - relative to Em - in the charts (for the reasons I stated earlier). This is a huge record label — they know what makes a big hit. They aren’t naïve enough to think such a song has any sort of longevity in the charts as it would only truly be appreciated by his hardcore fans.

    Even if album did pushed back, it didn't because of walk on water's sale or steam numbers. We won't know until em mentions it

    @RG9 I disagree. WOW was thought to be a chart topper. Beyonce is the proof. because of bad forecasting (trump ignore etc) it didnt perform well and album didnt get media converge as it should have been. so now plan b is rolling out.

    You don't get a Beyonce feature & then expect WoW to do as bad as it is.

    I agree it wasn't released to be a smash hit (i.e LTWYL) but no way the Label expected it to flop as hard as it has.
    Forget European markets bar UK very little sales in other European countries. US is the main market. It is #69 on US iTunes. Its a huge flop.

    The label are probably re-assessing what to do now.

    So, I read online that Eminem overdosed on the 7th of December 2007. Next week it will mark it's 10 years anniversary. 8th December - Revival ..

    Not a huge flop or anything just average. It's still in top 100 and its even higher on worldwide.
