It remind's me of linkin park, obviously to a lesser degree, but linkin park has 2 very distinct set's of fans. the pre MTM era of rockers, and then the thousand suns, one more light crowd.. Just as eminem has the pre encore crowd and then the recovery crowd.. Personally i like a little bit of everything from the newer stuff but i am firmly in the older crowd.

Ok, yelawolf pre shady was dope. I actually did enjoy that and alot of features before radioactive. But I don't need to hear modern country yela in 2017 thank you very much. And slaughterhouse have always been boring af. Atleast d12 had personality

alex da kid with 5 beats i want to commit suicide f--- that s--- Eminem is out of his mind! I mean I was starting to being okay with the tracklist now we have 4 skylar written hooks and 5 alex da kid beats??? Is he totall trying to RUIN his 1st solo album in 4 years?

This is an interesting track list. More pop female appearances than I would have liked, but we'll see what happens. How could you say no to a Beyonce hook? Ed Sheeran and Alicia Keys are both almost guaranteed to be good collabs, and serious songs. I think both of those collaborations have potential to be classic songs. I mean that.
Phresher is at least a rapper, and it means he'll likely be going hard on this given what I've seen of Phresher. Pink again is just a pop star, so it will gain mainstream appeal. Kahlini we'll see (I find her fairly boring), and Skylar Grey just kind of had to happen since she's Eminem's artist. I expected it, but didn't want it. X-Ambassadors won't be bad at all either, since they have their alright moments and it's rock themed with them on it...so he'll likely be spitting hard on that too. Rock and rap combined tend to usually go good.
As far as the rest goes, I mean song titles like Believe, Untouchable, Remind Me, and Offended all sound either serious and moving, or Em killing the microphone, going hard and tearing it up. The last few songs I don't know, but Arose sounds like an awesome finale song.
I mean we're getting 17 new songs, which is tied for the most songs he's released on a solo album (and we'll quite possibly have a Deluxe bonus edition with cut songs like 2Chainz collaboration)...
17 songs and 2 skits means it's basically a full 75-80 minute album, and only having one rapper besides these pop stars means that almost everything besides some hooks is Eminem rapping for a full album. I'm cool with that.
Judging by this, it does look like a Recovery type album. No way to judge though until it's out. Whatever, I'm cool with Recovery style. In my opinion, it's his third best album. Maybe just keep the good rhymes, good lines, and catchy pop hooks for the majority, and replace four uplifting Recovery style tracks with him just ripping the mic to shreds like MMLP or even No Apologies style. That would be a good, well balanced album.
I overall think this album will be great. I can't wait to see what Em's got to say.
