“Black boy” is a racist slur inherited from slavery, when slave owners would call their slaves “black boys” as a sign of domination. Calling a black man that is very disrespectful and shows a feeling of superiority.

The structure of these two lines could be referencing the song “Black Boy”, by Coloured Stone:

Black boy, black boy, the colour of your skin is your pride and joy
Black boy, black boy, your life is not destroyed

Eminem puts himself into the role of a racist cop, replacing the hopeful and peaceful message of the original song with a hateful one.

It could also be a reference to the famous song “Bad Boys”, by Inner Circle, in which is said:

Bad boys, bad boys, what'cha gonna do
What'cha gonna do when they come for you?

From the perspective of the police officer, “bad boys” becomes “black boy”.

The beat is great! It's good to see the rock influence...I would guess were gonna get early hip hop beats blended with new elements on the album. With that, I think there are alot of different directions/content he could of gone with it...

Why?How can a true Em fan be happy with this trash he now putting out?
Of all the songs to start off an album he chooses WOW and Untouchable?
First single released should have been with Ed Sheeran.
After these first 2 singles released and the album not coming out as planned on the 17th November all the hype has already died!

White folks use marijuana at similar rates as black and brown folk but black and brown folk are four times more likely to be arrested for using weed...then they get criminal charges and are part of the system...harder for them to get jobs

When Black and brown folk were stopped and frisked 95% of the time there was no weapon or paraphernalia found. White folks were actually more likely to be carrying drugs and weapons. Stop and frisk was ruled unconstitutional in 2013.

Two candidates for a job with similar qualifications....A white sounding name like Harold Bernstein is more likely to get a call back from a potential employer than a black sounding name like Jamal Donaldson
