    I think my main gripe with this whole album will be that he decided to take a Kanye route production wise and have multiple producers on each track. There's nothing wrong with that...

    Except the chemistry between Rick Rubin, Mark Batson, Mr. Porter, Emile & Eminem is the equivalent of sour milk.

    Eminem is not Kanye with the production team. He operates better with one or two producers on a track. Otherwise, you get a clusterfuck of production.

    I've only listened once so I haven't taken in all the lyrics yet, but I appreciate that he's using his platform to this considering he's one of the most well-known artists in the world. Some of it seemed a little on-the-nose, but I spose it's kinda necessary if you want to reach the widest audience. And as my friend once pointed out to me—being political is rarely "cool"—not many people can succeed at making "woke" bangers (YG? Kendrick? That's all I can think of off the top of my head). Musically, again, I'm not really into it (esp part 2), but I'm happy that he's using his platform for good. His flow sounded ok in part 1, but part 2 flow is back to sounding like some choppy macklemore s---.
