if Revival IS A CLASSIC, then he will have what he wanted. He exceeded expectations one last time, he wouldn't risk it all again.

if Revival IS JUST ALRIGHT, then he will realize he can't do better than decent anymore and hang it up.

if Revival IS TRASH, then he will be ashamed and retire. Perhaps with one last single with a When I'm Gone-esque tone thanking the fans and Dre, Paul, D12, Royce, Shady Records, Interscope.

Heck I obviously don't wish it on anyone but Em seems like the type who may k--- themselves from this s---. Like literally just spiralling into a depression now that he isn't the greatest.

but ya... i don't see another Em album after this.

whens the estimate for a leak?? thats the main thing thats missing from his albums now, they just don't sound like music like his old ones did. The music on all of them up until Recovery was great. And Recovery was alright without it because at that point it sounded very different for Em

Even if he died after Encore he would be considered the GOAT. Encore had alot of TES level tracks but the "My First Single"s and "Big Weenies" were there too.

Yes. If he retired after 8 Mike movie and OST he would have gone down as THE greatest rapper ever.

Unfortunately He tarnished his legacy with Relapse, MMLP and most likely, Revival.

ya i know it was insensitive of me to say but idk. I didn't mean to come off as saying "oh he should k--- himself" i would be so sad if that happened. I just mean Em takes this stuff seriously, its all he has ever had, and for the world to tell him "you can't even do this well anymore we don't want you anymore" it could be potentially devastating for him and set him on a reallllly dark path.

You guys are crazy. Before mmlp2 we had survival and the monster. The monster was the most disappointing part of his career. f---ing Disney Britney spears beat and hook. Survival was just atrocious. Walk on water was not very good. Even that song is better then mmlp2 material. Be happy theres no toilet metaphors and penis jokes.

Just because a song has good content, that doesn’t automatically mean it’s gonna be a good song though. Untouchable has good content, yes, but musically, it sounds like a bag of s---. All I want him to do is flow smoothly over a good beat, is that really too much to ask?

By the way, I don’t like Rap God lol.

Yeh, I agree. But it was still weaker than his classic 3 so leaving before Encore would mean he left on a flawless discography. If he left after Encore would mean he left on a 50/50 album.
