    theres a formula for it, not sure how many songs, but not the entire album if you listen to specific amount of number it count as album sold

    will probably get a picture before noon EST tomorrow and leak around evening time, usually how the new leaks been happening. I don't know about swift or any of these others I haven't payed attention, h--- i've even seen preorders come in the mail before release date before actually leaking.

    its 150 streams count as one song sold

    1500 streams (10 songs sold) count as an album sale

    i think it works for itnues too but im not sure

    Not to keep hammering this subject, but what happens when you don't listen to the song completely? I often change songs with a few seconds left as the music quiets down and the song ends. I'm impatient. But also, a more extreme example, sometimes I'll skip a song halfway after hearing the parts I like or to avoid hearing the parts I hate.

    I wonder how partial streams get calculated, if at all?

    “In the new structure, 150 streams of a song equals one paid download, and ten paid downloads equates to an album download. So, an artist’s music will have to be streamed on any of the approved, included services 1,500 times for an album “sale” to be counted.”

    basically when i go to revival first time, i must hit "download" to store it on my phone, so that counts as one sale, then each 1500 listens i count another sale

    ok that makes perfect sense, otherwise apple would be finessing n----s
