    I really believe the production being s--- is Em's fault tbh. I mean c'mon...you misused hit-boy, fredwreak and just blaze. Bruh.

    And Rick Rubin can be an amazing producer when you use him right like Kanye did. Arose is evidence of this

    He probably had so much fun making that track. He should self produce a 10 track trap album and just go nuts on it and only get rap features.

    Castle is another example, that DJ Khalil is a really good producer.

    Only truly trash producers are Alex Da Kid and Porter.

    I'm not blaming anyone for the s-----y production aside from Eminem at this point.

    Cuz DJ Khalil, Just Blaze, Rick Rubin, Hit-Boy are all amazing producers who Em constantly picks the shittiest beats from.

    Exactly. Kanye did it right. He used Rubin as a trained ear, someone to help fine tune the final tracks. But more importantly, he was smart enough not to touch a single Rubin produced beat lol

    If Em produced his own records and used Rubin in a similar manner, I bet the outcome would have been way better. We'd get Em beats, which nearly always align perfectly with his rhyming style and flow, but for those big Rubin fans, they'd maybe get a slight touch of his sound or style on the songs.

    Em clearly spent a lot of effort in writing the lyrics on revival. I'm assuming he didn't have the time or energy to also produce his own songs. Either way, it's a d--- shame we didn't get at least a few Em and/or Dre beats on this album smh

    Dre only producing an intro has got to be one of the biggest slaps in the face in recent memory.

    What's everybody's favorite tracks as of the moment? I'm currently stuck on "Arose;" reminds me of the best parts from "Going Through Changes" (end of third verse slash start of fourth)
