K I'm on my third attempt at this, on untouchable. Re: chloraseptic, WHY does he have Mr. Porter making him trap beats when he could get anyone? It's not a bad beat, but just imagine him going over a metro beat with a type of savage mode-esque horror flick aesthetic. Even so, I feel like 2 Chainz being on this song could have really amped up its personality.

I think this beginning 1/4 holds up. First half of untouchable he sounds good flow-wise. It's the next song that starts the stretch that I really did not like so we'll see.


River:
I hate ed sheeran but we'll see on this one.
River is just so painfully poppy to me in a bad way. I can't get behind it even if there's a good concept behind it.

Remind Me:
Remind Me makes me feel like I wanna go drink a Monster in a Chevy Silverado on my way to play some COD with the boys.
I like the sample flip on Remind Me even though it just kinda feels like White Trash Party part II

Revival interlude:
I don't get the point of the interlude. But I'm not mad at it. Idk why I'd ever listen to it on purpose though.

Like Home:
I appreciate "Like Home" but as a piece of music it just doesn't do anything for me. It's cool he addressed trans people getting banned from the military cuz I dunno if I've ever heard a rapper advocating for trans rights.

You know Trump has listened to this like 40 times to stroke his ego and his people have snatched the phone out of his hands to keep him from responding to a battle rapper on twitter.

Bad Husband:
I dunno who or what the x ambassadors is but I associate them with imagine dragons and 21 pilots. Cool that he's apologizing for his mistakes but the song does nothing for me. Beat and song overall is trash

Tragic Endings:
skylar grey is...ok. This song is just a retread of old better songs. Not terrible. Flow reminds me of songs Koolo leaked back in the day like 50 Ways, The Apple, etc.

Framed:
Framed my favorite beat on the album for sure. I hear that tinge of relapse flow on this. Def not old though cuz of the trump refs.

Nowhere Fast:
how the f--- did hitboy have anything to do with such a s--- beat for nowhere fast. Sounds like this s--- was made on garageband. That man made Goldie, Backseat Freestyle, Cold, Clique, and NIP.

Heat:

Heat and offended both in a row is painful

Album is actually better on the second try so far....I will give Koolo Papa Andy Michael Myers that, there were some songs I wasn't giving enough credit, but it's still all over the place.

Need Me:
yes eminem, a pink feature in 2017, exactly what everyone is clamoring for

i feel like this song has already been on the album three times

In Your Head:
Cranberries sample doesn't really do it for me. Just the name of the song it samples ("Zombies") reminds of one of the better songs on MMLP2 that sample The Zombies

Castles:
Castles is really really good. I already liked it but it grew on me. I still think this is 100% an older song. It's one of the few songs that truly feels like Eminem.

Arose:

We know from It's Been Real that he's recorded songs saying it's his last album before, so I don't think it's outta the question that he's recorded more than one "final" song. The reason why he would leave castles off recovery/whatever is because he decided not to say he's quitting.

I'm torn on Arose being old but this song is really good too.

Rewind part is pretty genius ngl
