Last time he received poor reception from an album was Relapse, mainly due to his 'accent' on it, we got Recovery then came the pop stars & it was subpar at best. So no harsh criticism towards Ems music will give him energy he needs to help create a good project again.

Songs like offended aren’t even the problem he will always have spazzing tracks he loves showing off his skill so whether it’s a song like evil twin rap god offended wicked ways cold wind blows etc whatever he will always spazz and that’s that he loves rapping his a--- off and there’s nothing wrong with that to me. The problem is making the same f---ing relationship songs every album and not just one not two but four in one album is crazy smh. Idk why he picks those type of songs for his albums the fact so much better made mmlp2 instead of something like groundhogs day is insane.

It makes it seem like he lacks creativity I mean look at Revival alone it had Remind me, Heat, Tragic Endings, Need Me, River (good song though), and Bad Husband (deserves to be on an album since it’s actually about kim) River and Bad Husband are the only exceptions the rest are just pointless f---ing filler

100% agree, he has f---ing Heat & Remind Me which is essentially similar tracks, he should have just picked one and left the other off.

A lot of these songs seem so thrown in there last minute so it makes me wonder if Walk on Waters reception did change this album. Castle and Arose fit the original drug ad theme and all that suddenly stopped maybe he figured the original album was too serious so he “threw in something for everyone” this whole “Revival of me...and revival of America” thing just seems so random especially since this is the third chapter in the trilogy.

I really do think the album was changed due to Walk on Water everything about this album is just f---ing weird in every way. So many things were so pointless and got thrown away so much more doesn’t make any sense. Why did the drug ad change what’s up with all the random a--- stan mentions that just stopped why litetally no promotion besides random revival posters why no music videos etc etc.
