How the h--- did Em and Paul expect this album to do big numbers with zero promotion,2 garbage singles with no videos for them,delaying the album a month with no explanation?
MMLP2 had 4 singles 3 with videos before the album dropped not to mention Survival to coincide with the release of a new COD game.
How can they do an awesome roll out with MMLP2 which was how u gain hype for an album to basically doing nothing for Revival and expect it to work and sell well?
Many have said it in here but it seems Revival was a quick cash grab and nothing more.

To me beautiful and no apologies were put on those albums because lack of creativity like not being able to make those kind of songs at that point in time so having to go to something older
I can’t see eminem at this point in time thinking “yeah I really can’t make another generic a--- filler love song s----s too hard let me pull an average one from the vault” I can’t imagine current eminem feeling the need to use something from another cd at all and if you’re gonna pull something from the vault why get a f---ing filler lol

Em said he chose Beautiful because he thought there was something special about, when we all know it was medicore at best. To you and I and anyone else with a decent ear for music Tragic Endings is generic filler but to Eminem it could easily be a sparkling gem. Or maybe he did see it as filler and only included it just to get the mandatory Skylar feature out of the way without bothering to make another song with her.

There is no way to be sure about any of this. The only thing we know for sure is that Tragic Endings sounds nothing like 2012-2017 Em.
