    Agree I don't ever think he will actually say "this is my last album".. Otherwise he'd be like a boxer and keep coming out of retirement lol.. He can't stop making music.. It's his life.. I don't see him even close to being done honestly..

    Yeah... For some reason I have a gut feeling something like this is going to happen for this album too. Like a few here mentioned already, in my head I already pictured a trailer like "Eminem's final album" or something dramatic like that. I just have this itch that's going to happen here.

    But then again, I'm not sure Em would ever box himself in - in that way, or leave himself open to looking silly by being so literal and definitive when he could later change his mind.

    It's weird that he implied MMLP2 was the last album on Bad Guy though.

    When he said on bad guy it's Matthew talking to em
    "Last album now coz after this your officially done" meaning dead

    And on bad guy pt2
    "Final chapter in the saga" meaning end of mmlp / closure

    This is how interpreted it anyway

    Survival: "picture me quitting then put a line though it slut"

    True - I wasn't referring to the Matthew quote.

    I mean when he says ""one last time I'm back...""

    I actually think part of him may have intended MMLP2 to be his last (i think his brother Nate even said this), but maybe it didn't quite get the love he expected / only slightly above mixed from fans again, and I don't think Em could ever quit until he gets that acknowledged acclaim again.

    If MMLP2 was received like 'wow, genius' by most, like his first three... I think maybe he would have left it there.

    I kind of agree I remember MMLP2 being his last album on the contract w/ Interscope but even though if he wants to quit he really cant. He sells too many albums, singles, etc the label won't allow something like that to happen. As long as he's alive he has to rap. The Monster and footage from Phenomenal has all the signs.

    It seems like he wants to keep it as broad as possible, but you got to think if Paul knows eminem is done then he's going to market the h--- out of it
