    Some of us would actually PREFER Paul tweets about raising money for charity rather than info about an album from a washed up 45 year old.

    Keep up the good work Mr. Rosenberg, hope he promotes more charities in the near future.

    Yeah it makes me sick these people think a s-----y album is more important than helping those in need.

    This is certainly possible but I think the opposite happened. I think he was basically done with the album when he released Campaign Speech (CS) and was planning a Nov/Dec album release. I think CS was a feeler to see fan reactions to his new style. I also think his album had current affair references, specifically Trump references, but for whatever reason, Em went back to the lab to either replace or update those references. Then Big Sean's album was coming out soon after that so I think the Shady camp postponed the new Em album until Big Sean's album had a chance to go through the album release cycle. I don't think Em wanted to come out at the same time, plus I think he wanted to take that opportunity to get another round of fan reaction for his guest verse.

    During this period, I think he was writing a lot. My gut tells me as we near the release, we're gonna hear that Em "just kept writing and writing and recording songs until the point we had a hundred songs to choose from for this new album".

    I'm probably completely wrong but seeing as how there was activity in the fall/winter, we were super close to a release but then he got a wave of ideas and went back to the lab. It's either this or he got cold feet at the finish line and was not happy with the final album (you know, OCD) and wanted to go back to the studio to keep recording.

    I wouldn't count that cause we at least knew we was getting an album in 2010. We knew that an album was coming when or before relapse dropped.
