Jul 2, 2024 Not just me from what I'm seeing lol now I just wonder who f----- up by picking this for the single, guess it was Em himself?
Jul 2, 2024 this being mid aside, what hurt it the most (is you won't admit you was wrong) was coming out AFTER Houdini, Houdini is just way too f---ing good
Jul 2, 2024 Can confirm I got drunk enough last night I ended up arguing with my girl about some Bs lmao
Jul 2, 2024 Song is very solid btw. I think it will be popular with mainstream hip-hop crowd and maybe bring Em some new younger listeners.
Jul 2, 2024 has it crossed anyone's mind that this is going to be MTBMB Side C and he literally had one last trick with Houdini? And if true, I wouldn't mind it at all.
Jul 2, 2024 It is a strange single for sure, I wouldn’t have picked this as a single at all. It’s probably only a single because they already did the Lyrical Lemonade video. I just don’t understand why people thought Eminem would drop a random song in the middle of his album rollout, that just didn’t make sense to me.
Jul 2, 2024 It actually is a very 'modern' sounding rap track and Houdini was the nostalgia track to rope older fans back in. I imagine because the album has lots of tracks it'll be very varied in different styles too
Jul 2, 2024 I apologize, after listening in the car through actual quality speakers. This isn't as bad as I thought
Jul 2, 2024 Album theme? a track about getting bit by toobey maguire doesn’t seem to fit much of any theme. He’s warning people on track 17 of the album that he about the get the belt and pull a strap on people with only two more songs left to listen too. I think the theme is…this is how I rap now, shady has been dead so leave it alone and get used to it.
Jul 2, 2024 Taking a break listening to “Tobey”. Same with “Houdini” so I can let it flow through the album. Always part of tradition when listening to an album on first listen. No skipping. Lol
