Jul 4, 2024 I’m already off the next three weeks (after tomorrow) so this release date works perfectly for me!
Jul 4, 2024 I won't be able to listen to the album til late afternoon/evening so I will ban myself from this forum and twitter until then
Jul 4, 2024 I'll be getting up at 6am to listen to the album before work and I'll begin work at 8am. What time does it usually drop at ?
Jul 4, 2024 Rushing through the album half asleep before starting work sounds like a grim listening experience to me. I work from home and can listen to whatever but I will listen to track 1 and save the rest for after work so I can sit back with some rum and give it my full attention. I waited 5 years so can wait a few extra hours knowing it’s sat there waiting for me. Will avoid here and twitter for the day too so no spoilers
Jul 4, 2024 Nothing is less than decent on that album. But if you don't like it, I don't care. All I can say is if any of the classics of em were released today in the social media age where everybody can easily gave opinions, prob they wouldn't be called classics neither. Bc there would be haters and their voices will be louder than the average listener. Anyway, like i said, if you don't like it, then don't. To me it has been enough time just passed to call it a classic.
Jul 4, 2024 To me both sides of MTBMB aren't an album. More like a bag full of treats from which you can enjoy something else every day.
Jul 4, 2024 But explain to me what makes it a classic. All the songs are different on that album. He even did one song that sounds R&B. What are some songs that are classic on that album? You are not the first person to say it's a classic. I'm just surprised that some people think that.
