Some of the trap s--- on Side B is as good as any popular trap s--- but they don't get any plays in places that play trap. Maybe it's bc he is not known for that. In Turkey, you can still hear songs like Without Me some places but never his never stuff almost. Maybe it's the price of being the biggest at some point for some time, now people don't even really give a chance to your newer and different music. They are just stuck at old s---. If anything Em might be the only artist that still can go this huge in the charts after 20+ years in the music industry. He still can do good tho. Tobey wasn't anything that could go huge, it's not a very easy to listen to song that you could immediately get the melody and bump your head to. It's not nostalgia but he needs to have a simple song with some real a--- full out promo or maybe something like Killshot or Not Like Us which will go crazy bc he has a huge feud. I mean if Killshot was made against someone who is as big as Drake, it might have been the biggest song ever lmao

Jul 5, 2024 Yeah that's kinda what I mean, maybe capable was not the right wording. They'll play his old songs like Lose Yourself, Till I Collapse at stadiums or gyms but never his new songs. Public places barely play any new Eminem songs. Maybe that chance is bigger if he has big mainstream artist on the song like he did with Godzilla on MTBMB.
Jul 5, 2024 What does it have anything to with being insecure or anything at all. I'm just saying what I see. There is def some truth to what I say. But I don't really care if he makes hits or not tho. Today I'm listenin' to Side B, I listened to Side A yesterday. This exactly feels like classic Em to me. I mean i thought both were classics when I heard them but now that more than 4 years passed, I'm almost certain they were classics. All I care is he keeps giving music as good as this. He is one of the very few album artists left in the world. It's nice that he can still give out albums with very few to none skippable tracks. That's all that matters. Dropping a double album like MTBMB is f---in' sick after 20 years.
