Jul 6, 2024 A flat belly is all I ask for. These one hour, easy do-at-home workouts are miraculous plus some self control with regards to diet. Not lifting weights soon due to some neurological issues but I'm not too crazy about having big biceps and abs. Just a slimmer version of myself where I can eat and wear whatever tf I want without fear and guilt.
