Jul 7, 2024 I’m starting to wonder if Skylar Grey is really a crackhead now. Not only does she look like one, but she’s writing crackhead s--- like that. Maybe she’s selling these shirts to buy more crack.
Jul 7, 2024 I was listening to some more MMLP2 again and it's genuinely insane how much better his writing was on the peaks of that album, like say what you want about Legacy but the structure and rhyme schemes on that song while staying completely focused is a feat
Jul 7, 2024 Those inflections are why so many of his bars are so quotable. I still catch myself saying ‘lemme see u push a Teeeee’ every other day
Jul 7, 2024 It just depends, more people have access to production equipment and get more exposure than they should. The best producers from this era are genuinely aliens though, I'm not just thinking about rap either tbf.
Jul 7, 2024 fr, people talk about f---ing Revival being overhated, MMLP2 is the truly overhated one, is it perfect? of course not. does it have s--- on it? it does, but it's not his worst by f---ing miles and when it's good is f---ing great, especially with the deluxe and don't front
Jul 7, 2024 "u" would still be great but not as memorable if he didn't go "Lovin you is compluhkayTAHHHHHHHH
Jul 7, 2024 The heights of that era is genuinely some of my favorite and most replayed Em s--- in general, very fun to rap along to.
Jul 7, 2024 @Chuny here’s an interesting short video going over why a lot of beats sound the same these days if you’re interested
Jul 7, 2024 Once you get past his voice changes and grow to love them you unlock infinite replay value to his music
Jul 7, 2024 Has anyone actually ever smoked crack? I was sorta tricked by a friends dad at age 16/17 at some after party when him and his mate passed me a empty beer can with a hole in it and ash on it and said "smoke this". So young me not really knowing did it. Its an absolute immense high but only last for like 1-2 mins. Never got hooked, never smoked it again.
Jul 7, 2024 I always find MMLP2 a weird one, it's probably the one Eminem album I rarely ever re-visit, apart from Evil Twin
