Jul 8, 2024 Side A comes close, not too different than 3 classics. It's as cohesive as tes or Mmlp. His thing was to give album a name and a theme that is wide as f---. Like if you call the album Marshall, you can basically put anything on it bc you're marshall and anything you say will be related to it somehow. Same with tes. It's Eminem show, any song by Eminem would fit there. Same with MTBmb to some extent, he is basically murdering beats on that with flows and lyrics etc. Amazing songs ? Yeah sure but even though I like drips people don't, it's flawed, say what you say isn't great neither. It's ok to have few not so good tracks unless it's so bad that you wanna skip the song while you play the album. MTBMB doesn't have a song like that, some might not be perfect but acts as a good fillers in a way. It's hard to think with all those fans having huge voices in the internet, em would ever have another album being called classic. Someone will trash it in some way. Only reason first 3 are still classics are that it was cemented like that so no one here tries to trash them and when they do they are not It was 2010 when he said that. It has been 14 years.
