I probably wouldn't have a problem with it if it was a surprise drop. not my fault if he can't live up to the hype anymore

You can quote a definition, but what matters more is how people mean something - and by 'concept album', in this context, people mean an exact story or original idea which is mostly carried throughout or told... not just Eminem talking about his past and present, as he always does... that's not a concept lol.
