Jul 8, 2024 can you teach me how to constantly make these indirect type of posts where you usually start with a phrase like "the best part about" or "the funniest part about" and then indirectly only use the word "people", but never name anyone specifically, with layers of sarcastic under tones? The best part about these kind of posts are the people you are referring to are usually the ones that like the post.
Jul 8, 2024 This is what he’s been doing since MMLP2. Just a collection of random songs. The fact some of these songs actually make it on his albums obviously suggests he’s past his time as an artist who can write good music. He is 50 after all. Relapse feels not long ago when it came out. That’s the scary part to me. We will all be dead soon. f--- the album.
Jul 8, 2024 As long as it is good sounding music, fire lyrics without corny puns and metaphors, involves fine producer/rapper line ups with very little Skylar Grey, has like 4-5 tracks talking about some recent s--- and maybe 2-3 Slim Shady vibe tracks, who gives a f--- about how much songs fit into a "concept". I want it to be a concept album as much as y'all but let my guy have his moment ffs, maybe he'll drop more music and change his artistic direction in better ways if y'all calm your t-ts down for once. Fans like us all spilled his music direction wide open with our consistent bitching. Bitching over Relapse's accents and horrorcore vibes, bitching over Recovery being too soft or poppy, bitching over MMLP2 rock samples. That is how y'all got a clusterfuck that was Revival. Since then he has had one diss album to let out the anger, two mixtape style projects to try different styles/producers/rappers and probably zero out on things he likes the most. Its gonna lead into something consistent. If he could pick himself up after an all timer stinker like Revival, he can do anything.
Jul 8, 2024 Em probably just liked the song, and put it out as a single, so everything else on the album matches the concept of where he’s going. So now when ppl are listening to the album they won’t get thrown offf by this song.
Jul 8, 2024 I feel the album has less to do with actual slim shady rapping or him taking on the persona again and more to do with him just wanting to retire the act. Put that chapter to bed so he can continue rapping how he wants to in peace.
Jul 8, 2024 Video sucks. Too much CGI and zero spiderman visuals? WTF? Couldn't have done anything with morphing a spider into a goat or something? Nothing about the video matches the song...Terrible.
Jul 8, 2024 Eminem killed slim shady actually. He literally said in the video shady maybe gone, and cut him up with the chainsaw right after
Jul 8, 2024 Agreed Reminds me of that one time he spoke about The Funeral in an interview and he said he was killing all three personas so he could start fresh. Or something like that.
Jul 8, 2024 Even if this is the case, what is he hearing in that song that made him "love it" enough to add it to his already 20 track album lmao (im counting the 2 bonus tracks). Even the most hardcore stans haven't been saying that they absolutely love it. Just a weird decision to make.
Jul 8, 2024 “That’s what I’ve been tryin’ to tell you, man, there’s two albums” -Steve Berman Skit First half of the album is Eminem killing Shady/trying to retire the persona. But the haters keep poking him and won’t let him lie down/quit. So he kills Shady on a song. Then the 2nd half of the album is Shady returning from the grave saying “Spent your whole day to dig your own grave” as he continues to murder Eminem on his own album.
Jul 8, 2024 lyrical lemonade fell off hard. terrible video for a good track. I hope this is their last collaboration. At this point lyrical lemonade videos just feel amateurish and cheap like always, but they lost their charme as well.
Jul 8, 2024 Act 1: Slim Shady being born and being put through s--- that makes him Slim Shady Act 2: Slim Shady is wilin but eventually Eminem rips his head off Act 3: Eminem's more humane side wakes up, talks about recent life, relationships, finding love, getting daughter married, his mother, new generation of rap, all while having different styles and producers. And within this act is Tobey where Eminem collaborates with young Detroit blood. Its that simple to have a concept and he'll eventually do it. There's 17 f---ing unheard tracks and possibly a f---ing second disc waiting.
