Jul 8, 2024 I find it amusing and ridiculous at the same time when people (including myself) have to listen to a song 87 times to finally be able to say "it's growing on me... I'm starting to like it now" lmao. Are you really starting to like the song or is your brain fooling you because you simply got used to how bad it is and it just doesn't bother you anymore?. When a song is actually (at least) GOOD you just know it by the first or second listen. It clicks. I never had that feeling with old Em music. Imagine having to listen to White America, The Way I Am, etc dozens of times before you can say you like it.
Jul 8, 2024 It depends on the type of artist and music but it's true that with Eminem it rarely happens for me, he doesn't have many growers imo (unless we're talking about songs you already like that you end up liking even more the more you listen to them) If anything, the more I listened to Side B the less I liked it
