Jul 11, 2024 And did everything really change within just 12 months? That's crazy. I mean I understand how tough pregnancy can be and then the baby. But if you used to stay fit, it's hard to imagine it all going to s--- in just a year!

Jul 11, 2024 feel that, I’m 25 and raising two kids on my own, though they have the same addict mother. I can’t afford a babysitter, and can’t afford much more than basic necessities. Music also helps me get through my days.
Jul 11, 2024 I mean it's not that bad, I'm not walking around with a stick or anything lol just feel myself slowing down. I used to be an actor in my teens/early 20s before I went in to care. Fell through a stage and ripped the cartilage at the back of my knee, never did proper physio or worked on it, now I'm a bit limited as to what I can do at the gym, which doesn't help. I'm a big lad, quite broad, but ATM in a dad bod 17 stone, when I should probably be a respectable 15. Nothing that jogging and a couple of salads won't sort. I've just either been at work or changing a nappy recently, but she's getting older now, so I should get a tiny bit more time.
