Can only presume he picked tobey as the second song to release, because he wants to keep the album a surprise and it make sense when listening to it. As it all seems conceptually themed, from track to track for the most part. Tobey is not, so hence them releasing it in my opinion. Otherwise surely he would pick a song that would fit the album more like GC 2 or road rage etc

The foreign interference in Latin America is especially strife. The US has invaded & overthrown almost every single government in your hemisphere, including your own, & installed fascist/military dictatorships to protect their monopoly capital interests by preventing sovereign governments from being in charge of their own destiny & dictating where their resources go. All your problems stem from there. This is worth watching, don’t have to read a book.
