What you don’t seem to understand is…*no*, he didn’t always have it in him after rehab. You go listen to Recovery compared to stuff now and his writing is immature, even though the subject matter isn’t. Current Eminem still has some corny lines “call us long john silvers cuz we selfish” but he was pretty awful with them back when he was getting clean and getting his footing again. For perspective, Eminem has had to relearn how to write since 2008, and he wasn’t given a break either. He released Relapse in 2009 then Recovery a year later. MMLP2 came out in 2013 and it *still* has some of those awful trademarks of the Recovery era. It’s definitely an album he should have sat on for a bit. You can see him getting away from those tropes on Revival, and then Kamikaze was his true rebirth, so essentially it took about ten years for him to get back in shape. Plus he had to juggle being a prima donna and all that stress that entails him, so.

My man’s said no news so at this point they’re not gonna be in stores tomorrow for sure m. I’m sure you all assumed this anyways by now as there is no leak but just to confirm it.
