Jul 11, 2024 I named an era, Relapse, which should tell you that I like a good deal of songs from the period. I just think if he'd had better judgement Eminem could have put together a much better version of Relapse from the batch of songs he'd recorded since he got clean. In a 2010 interview he said he had enough songs to put out Relapse 2 and 3 if he wanted to. I have no doubt the original Discombobulated is one of them, and I have a hunch it was better than 90% of Relapse. There's probably a bunch of other songs that should've made the cut but were never released.
