Jul 12, 2024 I've still only listened once. But the first 2/3 of the Album with Slim Shady are classic. The album trails off for sure with only modern left. Feels like a combo of Revival and MTBMB at the end. Is this what we're left with without Slim Shady persona? Don't get me wrong the emotion at the end got me with Temporary (especially since I lost my dad last year)...but he didn't need a female hook. He should have sang like Halies song. And Somebody Save Me is Castle/Arose again with Jelly Roll. It is still a really great album to me but in the first half I thought it was going to be an all time classic.
