Jul 12, 2024 Yeah I was actually just typing out something in this vein. As much as I found this enjoyable and a cool experience, I hope he does finally retire this persona. It doesn’t mean he can’t be controversial, that’s who he is, but I’d rather him just let the past go. I would’ve jumping out of my seat if I was in highschool and this came out. But I can’t really relate to a lot of the shock value stuff anymore.

Jul 12, 2024 Framed was a catchy as f--- nod to Relapse. Nowhere Fast was a pure pop track but it was catchy and the subject matter was worth hearing. I standby the list.
Jul 12, 2024 He should have used the old Eminem ai voice on Temporary and Somebody Save Me. I actually (kinda) like both of them but he really struggles to capture the gravitas of those type of songs since 2010. They just don't hit the the same as they used to. Bass Brothers production would also help massively. That's why songs like Hailie's Song, Mockingbird, When I'm Gone, Difficult, Beautiful, etc sound so iconic. It's his voice and delivery. The last time we got something close to it was Going Through Changes and maybe Stepping Stone.
