Jul 13, 2024 Hes 51 and just dropped a classic. He’s had a long time to make this project and while his work ethic did drop off a little bit it’s for the most part been the same. He simply took more time and raised the bar on what can make the album + came up with a great concept for added leverage. I know he has tons of good s--- in the vault, question is how much of it is he saving as a retirement fund. I’m 85% that he will at least refill on this album, after that who knows. Would love to see him drop another album later on that’s new, like what he did with recovery - but only if his heart is in it will that work and at 51 years old that’s not easy. I think a lot of the reason this is another classic level album is the youth nostalgia + impending idea of peace and retirement.
